Please read through them carefully before placing your order. If you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please email us at ido_shop@live.com. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you.

NOTE:

- Once payment made, you are not allowed to cancel the order and also refund. Items are not refundable or exchangeable

- Please do your payment within two days after we send you the order conformation email. (if only got special reason we only allowed)

- Send us a email with receipt (scan/ print screen) after u made your payment

- Some of the stock might be a little different from the photos showed, so please read trough our description for the particular stock.

- All the measurement is provided by the supplier, there might be 1 or 2 inch different, so please aware.

- We will not be responsible for any lost and damage of the shipment due to the negligence of the courier service provider.

- We will make sure everything is 100% perfect, and then only we post it.

- First paid first get.

- Not allowed to negotiated bout the price.

- We have rights to cancel your reservation and rules without any notice.

Your Delivery and charges

We aim to deliver your item on the next following working day after we have received your payment. However, sometimes festival periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your item within 5 working days, please contact us.

We will post by batch

Please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days.

We currently offer 2 delivery options only PosLaju , Pos Ekspres

PosLaju Delivery: Your parcel will usually reach you within 1-2 working days after we have received your payment. Tracking number will be provided after your items had been dispatched. Signature will be requested upon receiving your parcel.

Pos Ekspres: Your parcel will usually reach you within 2-3 working days after we have received your payment. Tracking number will be provided after your items had been dispatched.

The postage charge:

POS EXPRESS:

West Malaysia = 1 pcs RM 5

2 pcs above add RM 0-2 per pcs

East Malaysia = 1pcs RM 6

2pcs above add RM 0-2 per pcs

POS LAJU:

West Malaysia = 1 pcs: RM 7

2 pcs or above add RM1 per pcs

East Malaysia = 1 pcs: RM 9

2 pcs or above add RM1.50 per pcs

How to Order?

Step 1: Place your order. After choosing your items, kindly fill in all the necessary information in this order from as the following example:

Delivery METHOD: (pos express/pos laju)

If in short of supply, which account to bank in the amount:

Step 2: Confirmation of order. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours with all the necessary information for you to complete your payment.

Step 3: Payment. Kindly complete your payment with your desired option within 2 days.

Step 4: Confirmation of payment. Just drop us an email with your receipt (print screen/ scan) after you has completed your payment in order for us to speed up the delivery process for you.

Step 5: Confirmation of delivery. We will send you a confirmation of delivery once your item had been dispatched and a tracking number will be provided to you.

My supplier will be using air express to send the stock, so it need 4 or more working days to reach my home once the order batch closed n placed. And it will be 2 or 3 working days for the stock to reach your home.

But stock arrival time is beyond our control, sometimes it accident might causes late.
